Today was full of fun memories and great laughs. We are excited to see what Poland has in store for us!
Day 6
Hello Trinity Families! Today we ate breakfast at the usual eating commons. After eating, we practiced for an hour. We then did a half an hour show and rocked it out! It was a really solid performance and we were very pleased with the way we interacted with our audience. When we finished our show, we ran out and taught the Bonfire Dance, the Siege of Ennis, and the jig! We ate lunch at one of the festival vendors and then went to practice some more for the festival’s closing ceremony. When the ceremony arrived, the weather started to change from sunny skies to grey. Luckily, we were able to make it through our set before it started to pour! It wasn’t the most ideal situation, but in the end, we still had a fun show. All the musicians played traditional Estonian music while all the different countries had one final dance together!
We’re spending our night packing and preparing for a travel day, and some of us are going to the last Voru Folkloori dance party. Tomorrow morning, we’ll take a bus from Voru to Riga, Latvia. From there, we’ll get a connecting flight in Frankfurt. And then we’ll finally be to Poland!
Today was full of fun memories and great laughs. We are excited to see what Poland has in store for us!
